Seer is a remote-first agency and a Certified B-Corp, with team members located across the U.S. If you prefer working in an office, this role can also be based at our headquarters in Philadelphia. We are only able to consider candidates located in the U.S. who can work within continental U.S. time zones.

What Are We Looking For?

You’re an experienced Analytics Contractor who thrives at the intersection of data and business strategy. You enjoy diving into projects, quickly spotting tracking issues, and solving tagging problems to extract meaningful insights. You’re confident in identifying implementation gaps in Google Analytics 4 and resolving tracking issues in Google Tag Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

– Join our Marketing Analytics Support team to handle tickets, troubleshoot problems, and assist with reporting across various platforms and projects.
– Tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each client and team, offering customized recommendations.
– Collaborate closely with our SEO and PPC teams to support their analytics needs, including creating custom reports and resolving tracking issues.

Skills You Bring:

– Proficient in both Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics, with the ability to switch between platforms effortlessly.
– Comfortable building reports in Looker Studio and learning our data aggregation tool, Funnel.io.
– Skilled in Google Tag Manager, with experience in other tag management systems like Segment and Tealium.
– While not a developer, you’re confident reading and interpreting HTML, JavaScript, and other basic coding languages.
– Excellent time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines under pressure.
– Passionate about data visualization and highly skilled at troubleshooting and resolving data issues to build client trust.

Bonus Points:

– You’ve successfully led analytics projects in an agency setting.
– You’ve tracked first-party conversions and measured paid campaign performance.
– You enjoy using AI to streamline tasks and boost efficiency—and you’re eager to share your innovations.

Compensation and Schedule:

– This is a part-time contract role requiring approximately 20 hours per week.
– Flexible working hours, with a preference for availability during team meetings on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3:00–3:30 PM EST.
– Pay ranges from $45 to $55 per hour, depending on experience.
