What’s the opportunity?

We’re looking for a Project Manager to coordinate initiatives across various teams (Finance, HR, Sales, Client Groups, Legal) and lead customer-facing projects.

What will I be doing?

• Serve as the Revenue Operations business partner for the Asia region (China and APAC), acting as the right hand to the regional lead, ensuring execution of deliverables, tracking progress, and providing clear visibility into regional performance.
• Manage customer-facing projects, including running meetings, documenting commitments, escalating risks, creating cross‑functional workflows, defining merchant communication, and reporting updates to leadership.
• Improve efficiency by designing and implementing automated processes and tools to remove obstacles and enhance operations.
• Analyze the revenue impact of specific projects or policies.
• Monitor tasks against project plans to ensure timely delivery.
• Support commercial strategy by setting clear goals and tracking outcomes.
• Work on incentive plans to accelerate company revenue.

What skills do I need?

• Experience in revenue operations, sales, and CRM tools.
• Program management skills, including planning, cross‑team collaboration, resource coordination, and communication.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as traditional and Agile, and tools like JIRA, Monday, or Asana.
• Strong data analysis capabilities and proficiency with tools like Power BI and Google Workspace.
• Advanced English.
