We are seeking an Arabic-speaking Partner Success Manager to join United Tech. In this position, you’ll develop strong, supportive relationships with our partners and streamers, helping them thrive on our platform through personalized assistance, training, and proactive issue resolution. You’ll serve as the main point of contact between partners and internal teams, ensuring effective collaboration and long-term success.

In this role, you will:
– Build and nurture strong, consultative relationships with partners and streamers through consistent, transparent communication
– Deliver training sessions and presentations on product features, updates, and incentive programs
– Identify and onboard new partners and streamers
– Offer ongoing support by resolving inquiries and issues related to payments, penalties, or legal concerns, and help partners maximize platform tools
– Work closely with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, support) to address partner needs and support their growth
– Collect partner feedback and turn it into actionable insights for product and process enhancements
What we’re looking for:
– Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher
– Fluent Arabic for effective communication and support
– Experience in the social networking industry
– Practical experience with a streaming platform
– At least 1 year in account management, customer success, sales, or a related role
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
– Proven ability to manage relationships with diverse partners and stakeholders
– Results-driven mindset
– Proactive in identifying and resolving systemic issues
– Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Nice to have:
– Experience with CRM systems
– Basic Excel knowledge (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
– Familiarity with analytics tools like Amplitude or Tableau
