Who You Are:

You’re a driven customer service expert who takes pride in delivering top-tier client experiences. You’re skilled at managing multiple tasks, organizing your workflow, actively listening, and using technology while maintaining a human touch. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to work alongside equally motivated teammates.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 10 AM–7 PM EST

What You’ll Do:

– Handle incoming calls, respond to tickets, and communicate with customers via phone and email
– Provide detailed support and solutions to the Client Services Team
– Organize and review customer documents
– Update and maintain customer accounts daily
– Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely completion of requests
– Follow up with specific teams as needed
– Build strong internal relationships
– Become an expert on BHG’s products and services

What You’ll Need:

– Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience
– 1–2 years of experience in a professional environment
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
– Familiarity with financial documents and customer records
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Critical thinking and excellent communication abilities
– Self-motivated and capable of working independently

Compensation:

$40,000–$42,000 annually, including base salary, performance bonuses, overtime eligibility, and benefits.
