What you’ll do as a Cookie Crew member:
– Greet customers and take orders following company procedures
– Help customers with menu questions and confirm orders
– Provide friendly service in person and over the phone
– Bake cookies and serve ice cream
– Package and send out delivery orders quickly and accurately
– Handle payments with precision
– Keep the store clean and sanitized

Desired skills and experience:
– At least 6 months of customer service experience preferred
– Friendly, outgoing personality
– Strong customer service mindset with a desire to exceed expectations
– Good communication, organization, and math skills
– Able to lift up to 40 lbs
– Must be 18 or older
– Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
– Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
