About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) who is passionate about holistic mental health care for individuals and families to join our clinical team. This role reports directly to the Clinical Director.

Responsibilities

– Use evidence-based methods to support and guide members in achieving their goals
– Lead therapy groups
– Accurately document services in our proprietary electronic medical record system
– Attend team meetings, including case discussions and professional development activities
– Collaborate with team members on case management
– Participate in weekly case reviews with the Clinical Supervisor

Qualifications

– Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited MSW program
– Registered as an Associate Social Worker or provisionally licensed
– Experience leading or training therapy groups
– Background in medical social work
– Experience in intensive outpatient or inpatient therapy settings
– Proven ability to lead and support organizational change within care teams
– Comfortable using technology and delivering telehealth services via video
– Skilled in working with children, adolescents, and families
– Proficient with Google Suite
– Able to manage a caseload and maintain confidentiality
– Capable of writing detailed case reports and narratives
– Knowledgeable in effective assessment, interviewing, and counseling techniques
– Able to work independently and collaboratively
– Experienced in care management and adaptable to technology
– Team-oriented with a growth mindset
– Highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment
– Warm, engaging, and empathetic communication style
– Committed to helping youth reach their goals
– Emotionally intelligent and sensitive to others’ needs
– Strong virtual communication and active listening skills
– Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable in a startup environment

Compensation
The expected base salary for a full-time Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) ranges from $63,000 to $85,000 annually. The final salary will be based on various job-related factors such as skills, experience, and location.

At Lyra, base salary is just one part of a comprehensive compensation package, which may also include health benefits, retirement plans, and paid time off.
