Mom’s Meals, a leading national provider of refrigerated, home-delivered meals for the healthcare industry, is experiencing rapid growth. The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for selecting, scanning, and packing part of each customer’s order as it moves along the line, ensuring the work is done safely and efficiently. This is a fast‑paced role that requires working in a refrigerated environment for the entire shift.

Hours and Pay
1st shift: Monday–Friday, 6 AM to 2 PM, starting at $17.00 per hour
2nd shift: Monday–Friday, 2 PM to 10 PM, starting at $18.00 per hour
3rd shift: Sunday night–Friday morning, 10 PM to 6 AM, at $18.50 per hour
Note: Pay rates for the 2nd and 3rd shifts include a shift differential.

Position Responsibilities
• Select the correct items for cooler boxes, scan them properly, and pack them to complete your part of each customer order
• Follow strict safety, quality, and production requirements
• Pay close attention to detail when reading labels, choosing products, and performing other tasks
• Meet accuracy and productivity goals
• Produce consistent, high-quality work
• Move products between areas while following food safety and sanitation rules
• Assist with general cleaning
• Work inside a large warehouse that stays between 34–40 degrees; gloves are provided

Required Skills and Experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to stand and walk for 8–10 hours
• Able to lift or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Strong customer service mindset
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic reading skills required
• Must pass a post-offer drug test and background check

Preferred Skills and Experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in warehouse distribution or a similar setting

Physical Requirements
• Frequent use of hands for handling items, tools, and controls, and reaching with arms
• Regular standing, talking, and listening
• Occasional walking, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
• Occasional lifting or moving up to 50 pounds
• Ability to use close, distance, and peripheral vision, judge depth, and adjust focus
• Ability to perform repetitive motions
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, including cold and hot environments
