About the Role
We are hiring an Associate Product Manager to join our Product team. This role supports the full product lifecycle, helping to execute our roadmap and ensure smooth agile operations, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a product leadership role while making an immediate impact in the digital asset space.
Core Responsibilities
– Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to support roadmap execution
– Maintain JIRA boards, documentation, and product specifications
– Assist with agile processes, including standups, planning, retrospectives, and requirement sessions
– Triage and track bugs reported by employees and customers
– Participate in QA testing and error validation
– Monitor and report on product performance using tools like Google Analytics
– Conduct competitive and industry research to guide product decisions
– Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders
Growth Responsibilities
– Identify new opportunities and suggest product improvements
– Support and eventually lead product launches, including planning and go-to-market coordination
– Build relationships with stakeholders to align on product goals
– Gather feedback from clients and prospects to validate product direction
– Lead product demos for internal and external audiences
What You’ll Bring
– 1–2 years of experience in product or project management (internships and entry-level roles considered)
– Familiarity with agile practices and tools like JIRA and Confluence
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics preferred)
– Excellent communication skills
– Interest in digital assets and a desire to learn
Bonus Qualifications
– Experience in crypto, media, fintech, or SaaS
– Exposure to QA, bug tracking, or user research
– Experience with AI tools in content, analytics, or automation
– Background in working with distributed global teams

Salary Range
$75,000 – $100,000 annually
Work Location & Authorization
Applicants must have legal authorization to work in their country of residence without sponsorship.
