Overview
We are seeking skilled Automotive Diagnostics Specialists to support an upcoming pilot project involving infotainment log analysis, error investigation, and structured diagnostic reporting. In this role, you will work with real infotainment system error logs to help refine automotive AI models and enhance diagnostic accuracy.

As an Automotive Diagnostics Specialist, you will examine raw vehicle communication logs, detect fault patterns, and deliver clear, structured root‑cause analyses that follow engineering standards.

What you will do
• Review and interpret infotainment system logs such as CAN/CAN‑FD, LIN, diagnostic frames, crash data, and connectivity logs.
• Track signals and events to reconstruct the sequence leading to each error.
• Determine the most probable root cause and prepare a structured RCA report.
• Work with QA reviewers to ensure consistent and accurate diagnostic reasoning.

Requirements
• Practical experience in automotive diagnostics, especially infotainment systems.
• Solid understanding of CAN / CAN‑FD / LIN bus systems and signal tracing.
• Experience with ECU communication, vehicle protocols, and debugging error logs.
• Ability to analyze raw communication logs and rebuild event timelines.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English.

• Contract: Freelance
• Rate: 30 USD per hour
• Commitment: About 10 hours per week
• Pilot duration: 1–2 weeks
• Location: Remote, worldwide
