Azeri-Speaking Events Coordinator
The Position:
We are looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic Events Coordinator to become part of our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be in charge of planning, organizing, and executing events, ensuring that every detail is carefully handled.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver various events such as corporate functions, galas, seminars, and conferences, ensuring a flawless experience for attendees.
– Manage all logistical aspects of events, including selecting venues, arranging catering, setting up audiovisuals, and coordinating guest accommodations.
– Develop creative event concepts and prepare comprehensive timelines and budgets.
– Assist in promoting events through multiple channels.
– Build and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure all services meet company standards.
– Supervise event setup, breakdown, and post-event activities to ensure smooth operations.
– Address and resolve any issues that arise during events.
– Maintain a project calendar to monitor progress and ensure high-quality outcomes.
– Assess event success through client feedback and internal evaluations.
– Perform other relevant duties as needed.
Key Requirements:
– A degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or a related field.
– 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
– Fluency in both English and Azeri is essential.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
– Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
