Position Summary:
PointClickCare is seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join our growing SaaS healthcare technology company. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns that drive product demand across various channels, including paid media, publications, web, email, social media, and on-site platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product Managers, Marketers, Content Strategists, Senior Business Leaders—and manage agency partners.
The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, a data-driven mindset, excellent interpersonal abilities, a curiosity for how things work, and a passion for crafting compelling value propositions and communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to create and manage impactful multi-touch campaigns, including events, that engage and inspire audiences.
– Develop campaign briefs for agency partners, clearly outlining goals and KPIs to ensure successful execution.
– Oversee campaign budgeting, forecasting, and purchase order creation to ensure accurate spending and cost-per-lead targets.
– Use portfolio narratives to create audience-focused content.
– Explore ways to use marketing automation to improve lead quality through the MQL to SQL process.
– Research and implement new marketing strategies to reach target audiences, such as account-based and field marketing.
– Utilize AI tools and analytics to enhance campaign performance, customer segmentation, and data-driven strategies for better engagement and ROI.
– Manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders about campaign plans, tactics, goals, and performance.
Skills & Experience:
– 4+ years of B2B marketing experience.
– Proven ability to design, execute, and scale cross-functional marketing campaigns from start to finish.
– Skilled in using data and metrics to evaluate impact and identify areas for improvement.
– Experience with both paid and owned channels (e.g., email, website).
– Comfortable presenting ideas to stakeholders at various levels to gain buy-in.
– Proficient in Excel or Salesforce, including data analysis, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
– Demonstrated success in executing account-based marketing strategies to drive engagement and revenue.
Preferred Experience:
– Experience managing external partners to execute marketing programs.
– Comfortable handling large datasets, including customer segmentation and campaign metrics.
– 5+ years of B2B marketing experience.
– Experience working with marketing agencies.
– Willingness to travel 20–30%.
Compensation:
$39.90 – $43.27 per hour ($83,000 – $90,000 annually). This is a non-overtime eligible role. Salary is one part of our total rewards package and is determined based on job level, skills, experience, and location. Your recruiter can provide more details during the hiring process.
