About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager with a strong track record of launching impactful products in the B2B SaaS space. This role will help shape and execute go-to-market strategies that drive global product adoption and revenue growth. You’ll collaborate with Product Marketing Managers in the U.S. and Product Managers in the Czech Republic, developing value propositions, positioning, messaging, and enablement materials for Marketing, Sales, Partners, and Customer teams. You’ll work closely with the broader PMM team to enhance customer value, adoption, retention, and growth.
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
– Defining market needs and go-to-market strategies for Outreach products
– Becoming a subject matter expert on the Outreach Sales Execution Platform and its best practices
– Leading go-to-market plans for new features and product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams
– Analyzing the competitive landscape to highlight Outreach’s differentiators
– Creating comprehensive go-to-market materials to support launches
– Partnering with marketing teams to develop event content, product videos, demos, training, case studies, campaigns, PR, and more
– Conducting market and customer research to inform messaging and drive adoption
– Managing the web experience for your product area in collaboration with the Outreach Engage PMM team
Basic Qualifications:
– 3–5 years of experience in product marketing within the tech industry
– Proven experience crafting and executing go-to-market strategies
– Strong understanding of SaaS technologies and market landscape
– Demonstrated ability to achieve key business goals
– Quick, effective decision-making skills
– Excellent communication, writing, and presentation abilities
– Skilled at creating compelling customer-facing messaging and content
– Experience working with revenue, marketing, customer experience, and product teams
– Bachelor’s degree
Compensation: $90,000 – $140,000 per year
This role offers a base salary range of $90,000–$140,000 USD, with potential for bonuses, equity, and benefits. Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, and location.
