What You’ll Do
– Provide warm, thoughtful hospitality to guests, teammates, and partners
– Craft and serve a variety of high-quality beverages using different brewing methods
– Prepare and serve delicious food items
– Stay informed about our current menu and preparation techniques through tastings and training
– Regularly taste our offerings to ensure quality and refine your palate
– Share your love of coffee with guests and inspire your team to do the same
– Take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming cafe environment
– Support sustainability efforts and help us meet our environmental goals
– Follow all health, safety, and food handling guidelines
– Foster a respectful and safe workplace
– Complete Blue Bottle Academy training and 90-day post-hire validation

What You Bring
– A valid Food Handler’s Certification for your state (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
– Basic math and computer skills
– Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements
– Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
– Use of hands for precise tasks like brewing and operating equipment
– Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach for items
– Capable of lifting or moving up to 50 pounds
– May need to climb stairs, ladders, or ramps
– Ability to taste and smell for quality control
– Strong listening and speaking skills for guest interaction
Compensation
– $20.07 per hour plus tips
