And our success proves us right — we’re continuing to grow and are currently seeking nearly 100 additional EU-based freelancers (m/f/d) to support inbound customer service for a client in the telecommunications (mobile) sector.

Responsibilities

Your mission:

– Answer and ideally resolve incoming customer calls,
– Communicate professionally and service-oriented with customers,
– Record and document customer inquiries in the CRM system,
– Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Your profile:

– You meet the requirements to work as a freelancer,
– You have some experience in customer service,
– You live and work in the EU (outside Germany) or are planning to relocate soon,
– You have excellent German skills (C1/C2 level, verifiable),
– You work independently and are highly reliable,
– You have a secure, private workspace not accessible or visible to others,
– You own a desk, office chair, and the necessary hardware (PC, two monitors, mouse/keyboard, webcam, headset),
– You have a stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbit/s (wired).
