And our success proves us right — we’re continuing to grow and are currently looking for nearly 100 additional EU-based freelancers (m/f/d) to support us in inbound customer service for a client in the telecommunications (mobile) sector.

Responsibilities

Your mission:

– Receive and ideally resolve incoming calls,
– Communicate with customers in a professional and service-oriented manner,
– Record and document customer concerns in the CRM system,
– Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Your profile:

– You meet the requirements to work as a freelancer,
– You have some experience in customer service,
– You live and work in the EU (outside of Germany) or are planning to relocate soon,
– You have excellent German language skills (C1/C2 certified),
– You work independently and are highly reliable,
– You have a secure workspace that is not visible or accessible to others,
– You have a desk, office chair, and the necessary hardware (PC, two monitors, mouse/keyboard, webcam, headset),
– You have a stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbit/s (via cable).
