Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish/English – Remote (New York)

What You’ll Do

Are you passionate about helping others and providing reassurance? In this role, you’ll take ownership of resolving complex or escalated customer calls. Whether you’re delivering quick answers, offering product guidance with empathy, or resolving issues with a positive attitude, you’ll help turn ordinary customer interactions into exceptional experiences.

Daily Responsibilities

– Respond to incoming customer communications
– Research and provide solutions to resolve customer concerns

What You Bring

– Minimum of one year of customer service experience
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Ability to understand, apply, and communicate product or service knowledge
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
– Comfortable using a computer
– High-speed internet connection (over 25 Mbps); wired connection to your home router is recommended
