What You’ll Do

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
– Respond to incoming customer inquiries
– Research and resolve customer issues
What You’ll Need
– At least 6 months of customer service experience
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Ability to understand and explain product or service details
– Strong bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English
– Basic computer skills
– High-speed internet (minimum 15 Mbps)
