Customer support is delivered through a ticketing system and live chat, addressing a variety of needs including inquiries, complaints, and identity verification processes on our premier cryptocurrency platform.

Support will be provided in both Chinese and English, so we are seeking candidates fluent in both languages.

Responsibilities:

– Manage back-office tickets and deliver 24/7 online support and email responses to customers.
– Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and suggestions via email or online platforms.
– Assist other departments by communicating with customers, accurately recording their requests and feedback, and sharing insights through documentation.
– Address complaints, handle special cases, and complete ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

– A college degree or higher.
– Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin to effectively interact with global partners and stakeholders.
– At least one year of customer service experience, ideally in finance or e-commerce.
– Strong integrity and honesty; proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player.
– Ability to perform well under pressure with excellent communication skills and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
– Enthusiastic about customer service and willing to work rotating shifts, including nights.
– A positive outlook on the cryptocurrency industry.
