We’re seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our customer care department in Ljubljana, Slovenia. If you speak Maltese, Slovenian, or Icelandic fluently and have a solid command of English, we’d love to hear from you.
Your responsibilities:
• Deliver top-quality customer assistance through chat, phone, or email
• Address questions involving product issues, logistics, and general inquiries
• Respond promptly to improve service efficiency and user satisfaction
• Record customer feedback clearly and share key insights with internal teams
• Maintain a calm, professional, and friendly approach to minimize complaints and improve satisfaction
• Quickly and accurately identify and escalate sensitive or high‑risk cases
Position details:
• Location: Ljubljana, Slovenia
• Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts (continuous schedule)
• Education: High school diploma or higher
• Preferred: Previous customer service experience
Requirements:
• Fluency in Slovenian and English
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Quick learner with strong understanding of business processes
• High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
