As a member of the Product Support team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering top-tier support to users, partners, and developers in the Arbitrum ecosystem. You’ll manage daily support operations, handle and resolve inquiries, and collaborate closely with teams across Partnerships, Engineering, Product, and the Arbitrum Foundation. Your work will help streamline escalations, improve response times, and reduce engineering workload by resolving issues early.
What You’ll Do:
– Manage and respond to incoming support tickets.
– Act as the first point of contact for product-related inquiries.
– Triage and resolve issues when possible, escalating only when needed.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure escalations are well-documented and efficient.
– Maintain and enhance internal support documentation to minimize repetitive questions.
– Analyze support trends and share insights with the Product team to improve user experience.
– Help onboard new team members as the support function grows.
Who You Are:
– 3–5 years of experience in Technical Customer Support or a similar role.
– Highly organized and detail-oriented, thriving in fast-paced settings.
– Strong communicator, able to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
– Passionate about blockchain, Ethereum, and scaling technologies like Arbitrum, with a solid grasp of bridging, wallets, and aggregator mechanics.
– Comfortable working across teams to ensure smooth support operations.
– Skilled in managing support workflows, documenting processes, and resolving technical issues efficiently.
– Capable of tracking multiple tickets and ensuring timely resolution of all issues.
– Analytical thinker who can identify patterns in support data and suggest product improvements.
