Help us as our new Operations Manager (Customer Care) (m/f/d) to turn up the heat on the big energy corporations and leave a big green footprint — or better yet, a tentacle print.

Your future responsibilities:

– Lead & Inspire: You’ll manage our Berlin-based Customer Operations team — a large, diverse group including other leaders — and motivate everyone to do their best.
– Master Complexity: You’ll dive deep into our customer service processes, understand the workflows, and bring structure to a fast-growing environment.
– Make Decisions: Even when it’s tough, you take responsibility, make bold choices, and stand by them.
– Communicate & Inspire: You’re a strong voice in the team, able to clearly convey complex topics and make people feel seen and understood.
– Optimize & Analyze: With a sharp eye for data and processes, you’ll identify improvement opportunities and implement changes that benefit our customers.
– Act Flexibly: No two days are the same — you stay calm, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
– Collaborate Across Locations: You’ll work closely with Operations Managers at other sites to ensure smooth coordination and top-notch customer service across all locations.
– Grow & Build Trust: Within six months, you’ll have earned the trust of everyone in the Berlin customer service team — from Energy Specialists to Team Leads.
– Take Ownership: After one year, you’ll independently lead a key area of our Customer Operations, driving performance and continuously developing yourself and your team.

Your background:

– You have solid experience in data analysis and can turn complex information into clear strategies and decisions.
– You have excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written, and communicate confidently in an international environment.
– You understand billing processes and know how to design efficient workflows.
– You have proven leadership experience, including managing other leaders, and can guide teams at various levels successfully.
– You’re an excellent communicator who can inspire people, engage large groups, and explain complex topics clearly.
– Flexibility, adaptability, and courage are second nature to you — you tackle challenges head-on and create solutions.
– You’re self-reflective and open to continuous personal and professional development.
