We are currently looking for a Case Analyst to support our global expansion and assist in engagements with law enforcement agencies.

Responsibilities:

– Manage and assess various types of inquiries from global law enforcement agencies
– Conduct blockchain tracing and initial investigations into suspicious activities
– Support pre-SAR (Suspicious Activity Report) mitigation efforts and client offboarding
– Participate in internal and external training on AML/CFT and other relevant topics
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share knowledge and insights
– Perform general administrative tasks related to the above responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

– 1–2 years of direct experience in a compliance or regulatory-facing role with a solid understanding of relevant laws and regulations
– Fluency in a language other than English
– Strong knowledge of local laws, directives, and upcoming virtual currency regulations
– Experience with blockchain analytics tools or manual fund tracing using block explorers
– Strong analytical, logical, and systematic thinking skills
– Ability to work well in a team
– Proactive, driven, and user-oriented mindset
– High level of accountability and ownership in law enforcement interactions
– Self-starter with the ability to multitask and perform under pressure
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
– Excellent communication skills
