ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a Category Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing efforts across supplement, wellness, and personal care categories.

In this role, you’ll work closely with category managers to develop key product categories and identify strategic brand partners that strengthen our product offerings and market position. You’ll be responsible for building supplier relationships, optimizing partnership agreements, and onboarding new brands that align with our category strategies.

This position plays a vital role in balancing practitioner and patient satisfaction, product quality, and business performance, while helping shape our long-term sourcing strategy.

What You’ll Do:

Supplier Sourcing & Relationship Management:

– Collaborate with the category team to identify and secure new supplier partnerships that meet our product strategy, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
– Negotiate exclusive offerings and promotional support to boost performance.
– Manage the full supplier onboarding process, including:
– Conducting due diligence (quality documentation, regulatory checks, financial assessments)
– Negotiating contracts and aligning terms
– Coordinating system and operational setup (product data, logistics, integrations)
– Working cross-functionally with compliance, supply chain, and partner management teams to ensure a smooth launch.

Cost Optimization & Value Creation:

– Negotiate pricing, terms, and rebates to maintain competitive costs.
– Partner with internal teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supply efficiency.

Data & Performance Analysis:

– Monitor supplier performance metrics such as sales, margins, availability, and product lifecycle.
– Use data to guide assortment planning, promotions, and supplier transitions.

What You Bring:

– 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or category management (ideally in supplements, consumer goods, or healthcare).
– Strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills.
– Solid analytical and financial skills; proficiency in Excel or BI tools.
– Experience with ERP or procurement platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Coupa) is a plus.
– A passion for integrative or holistic health is a bonus.
– Proactive mindset and strong team collaboration abilities.
