About the Role

You’ll work closely with the CEOs, handling accounting tasks and supporting them with various administrative duties.

While an accounting background is a plus, it’s not required—we welcome applicants from all backgrounds who are eager to learn and highly motivated.

This role is ideal for anyone seeking flexibility, such as mothers, as we offer adaptable working hours, flexible lunch breaks, and remote work.

This is a part-time position: 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. There is potential to increase hours in the future.

Key Skills & Experience

– Detail-oriented and proactive
– Comfortable using online tools and smartphones—experience beyond Word and Excel is expected
– Proficient with online software
– Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
– Efficient and deadline-driven
– Excellent written communication
– Eager to learn
– Fluent in English
– Well-organized
– Familiar with basic accounting
– Strong research abilities

Preferred Qualifications

– Background in accounting
– Experience with Zoho tools, especially Zoho Books
– Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress
– SEO knowledge (not mandatory)

Main Responsibilities

– Monthly bookkeeping using Zoho Books
– Account reconciliation, invoicing, and issuing receipts
– Supporting accounting and booking processes
– Communicating with and supporting partners
– Performing administrative assistant duties
– Coordinating daily team operations
– Managing SEO projects

Compensation

– 26 paid vacation days per year
