Responsibilities
• Oversee the planning, design, delivery, and promotion of the CS bot management platform, including the knowledge base, chat flow, and ticket center.
• Apply big data and AI to boost the efficiency of CS operations, such as corpus training, SOP creation, automated responses, and case summarization.
• Work closely with engineering, UI/UX, and CS operations teams to achieve product goals.
• Regularly review CS bot KPIs and user cases to uncover insights that drive product improvements.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience in designing CS bot products.
• Strong communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong data analysis abilities and deep understanding of user needs.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
