Role Responsibilities (training provided)
– Create, solve, and review high-level chemistry problems with real-world applications.
– Use expertise in organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry to craft complex problem scenarios.
– Work asynchronously with AI researchers and subject experts to improve AI reasoning.
– Maintain scientific accuracy, clarity, and depth in all work.

Requirements
– Master’s or PhD in Chemistry or a related field from a leading U.S. institution (or equivalent).
– Experience with Python or computational chemistry tools such as Gaussian or VASP.
– Strong background in organic, inorganic, or computational chemistry.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
– Fluent in English and located in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, the U.K., or Australia.

Preferred
– Previous experience in data annotation, data quality, or evaluation workflows
