As Chief of Staff, Commercial, you’ll collaborate closely with leadership to advance strategic initiatives within the Commercial team. You’ll coordinate operations, support key priorities, and ensure the team remains focused on delivering outstanding customer outcomes. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, aligning team efforts with broader company goals.
What You’ll Do:
– Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies aligned with company objectives.
– Analyze customer data (e.g., satisfaction, churn, engagement) to guide decisions.
– Create and present materials for internal and external use.
– Facilitate communication between Commercial leaders and other departments.
– Track projects, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely execution.
– Prepare dashboards and summaries to support leadership reviews.
– Serve as a liaison between Commercial leadership and internal teams.
– Represent the team in meetings, syncs, and industry events as needed.
– Manage special projects assigned by leadership.
– Research industry best practices and recommend process improvements.
– Foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve customer-focused goals.
What You’ll Need:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
– Experience in a strategic support role, preferably in tech or sales.
– Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
– Business acumen and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
– Enthusiasm for solving Commercial challenges.
