What You’ll Do

– Direct incoming calls and leads to the appropriate account executives
– Manage mail scans and outgoing correspondence
– Collect and input data into internal systems
– Assign calls within our databases
– Communicate daily with team members and sales managers
– Provide general administrative and clerical support

What You’ll Need

– Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience
– 1–2 years of experience in administration, clerical work, or customer service
– Strong communication skills with timely responsiveness
– Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
– Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication abilities
– Motivation to learn, grow, and succeed
