You are a driven customer service professional who thrives on providing outstanding support every day. You’re skilled at multitasking, active listening, and using technology while maintaining a personal touch. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST
What You’ll Do
– Handle incoming calls, resolve tickets, and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
– Offer detailed support and solutions to the Client Services Team
– Organize and review customer documentation
– Make daily updates and necessary changes to customer accounts
– Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely completion of requests and updates
– Follow up with departments as needed
– Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
– Become an expert on BHG’s products and services
What You’ll Need
– Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience
– 1–2 years of experience in a professional environment
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
– Familiarity with financial documents and customer records
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Excellent critical thinking and communication abilities
– Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
Salary: $40,000 – $42,000 annually
The compensation package includes a base salary, performance bonuses, eligibility for overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package.
