Who You Are

You are a driven customer service professional who takes pride in delivering an outstanding client experience. You’re skilled at multitasking, managing pipelines, and using technology while maintaining a personal touch. You’re a high-performing team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working alongside equally motivated colleagues.

Schedule: Friday–Tuesday, 8 AM–5 PM EST (Weekend Shift)

What You’ll Do:

– Provide comprehensive support and solutions to BHG customers
– Communicate with clients through multiple channels
– Become an expert in BHG’s products and services
– Record customer interactions and inquiries in a CRM system
– Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams

What You’ll Need:

– A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
– Availability to work Friday–Tuesday, 8 AM–5 PM EST
– 2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably phone-based
– Strong critical thinking and communication skills
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
