About the Role:
As a CSM I, you will support our lower‑tier clients in getting the most value from their Luxury Presence website and platform. Working within a 1‑to‑many engagement model, you will conduct website performance check‑ins and strategy sessions to guide clients on SEO best practices, digital marketing techniques, and overall platform optimization.

Instead of managing a dedicated portfolio, you will focus on driving engagement, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring smooth handoffs to the sales team. This position requires strong knowledge of SEO and digital marketing, with real estate marketing experience considered an advantage.

You will also help advance strategic initiatives that boost product adoption through email campaigns, in‑app nurturing, and client education. In addition, you will co‑lead workshop‑style webinars to train clients on maximizing their use of Luxury Presence products.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Strategy:
• Lead website performance reviews and strategy calls to help clients improve their online presence.
• Teach clients SEO best practices and digital marketing methods.
• Spot upsell opportunities and coordinate seamless transitions to sales.
• Track client activity and share insights to enhance their experience.

Product Adoption and Collaboration:
• Support initiatives that increase product usage, including email and in‑app programs.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of website updates and services.

Webinars and Client Education:
• Co‑host workshop‑style webinars that train lower‑tier clients on the platform.
• Create engaging materials for training and adoption programs.

Success Metrics (KPIs):
• Client Engagement: Number of client meetings conducted.
• Upsell Contribution: Identification and successful transfer of upsell opportunities.
• CSAT: Client satisfaction based on survey results.
• GRR: Impact on retention and product adoption.

What You Bring:
You Have:
• 2+ years of experience in software implementation, media agency campaign execution, or creative operations
• 1+ years in Customer Success or another customer‑facing role
• Knowledge of SEO, social media, content marketing, and/or paid media
• A data‑driven track record of achieving results
• Strong problem‑solving and innovation skills
• Experience in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments
• Enthusiasm, competitiveness, and a positive attitude
• Interest in the real estate industry

Compensation:
$60,000–$70,000 annually
Base salary + 20% performance bonus (paid quarterly)
