Position Overview: Client Enablement Manager
As the Client Enablement Manager, you will lead our Education Services team, shaping and executing training strategies that help clients fully utilize our platform. This role involves delivering engaging training through webinars, in-person sessions, and video content, while also building a scalable education program that supports client success. You’ll play a key role in helping nonprofits, foundations, and impact investors improve their data practices and amplify their impact.
This is a full-time, remote role with occasional travel for client engagements and internal events.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead and grow the Education Services team within the Client Success department.
– Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for client education to drive adoption and success.
– Conduct impactful training sessions across various formats: webinars, in-person workshops, recorded videos, and more.
– Create and manage a comprehensive training curriculum throughout the client journey, including onboarding.
– Produce training materials on both platform functionality and best practices in impact measurement and data use.
– Work closely with the Content Lead to tailor educational content for different audiences and formats.
– Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to continuously improve training offerings.
– Track and report on training effectiveness to inform improvements.
– Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Client Success teams to align training with business goals.
About You
– 7–12 years of experience in client education or enablement, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
– Proven ability to design and deliver training across multiple formats, with a strong portfolio of successful programs.
– Experience managing and developing team members and building scalable functions.
– Excellent facilitation and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
– Strong technical skills with the ability to learn and teach software tools, including data analytics and visualization.
– Client-focused with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
– Creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset for scalable education design.
– Self-motivated and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment.
– Passionate about social impact and supporting mission-driven organizations.
– Experience with impact measurement frameworks is a plus but not required.
– Knowledge of data engineering, SQL, analytics, or visualization tools is a strong advantage.
– Familiarity with client support systems and experience in the impact sector are also beneficial.

Compensation & Benefits
– Salary: $115,000–$140,000 annually, depending on experience
