We are seeking an experienced Clinical Administrator to join our team. This role involves supporting our EAP Clinical Case Management team with tasks such as data entry and processing, managing referrals, coordinating with affiliates, scheduling, handling bookings and inquiries, invoicing, and general administrative support. You will also collaborate with our global clinical teams.

Responsibilities

– Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including sending sourcing emails, updating session information in the Lyra system, and escalating issues as needed.
– Assist clinical specialists in coordinating ad-hoc services such as training sessions and critical incident responses, ensuring these are properly documented.
– Support the recruitment and management of our affiliate therapist network.
– Help process invoices for clinical services, ensuring alignment between invoiced sessions and clinical records.
– Perform general administrative tasks.
– Work closely with the Lyra Finance team to ensure timely invoice processing.
– Maintain ongoing communication with clinical teams and affiliates to ensure effective case management.
– Collaborate with global clinical teams.
– Coordinate with affiliate clinicians for scheduling and case updates.
– Contribute to service and business development initiatives.
– Be flexible with working hours and responsibilities based on business needs.
– Participate in governance and quality assurance efforts as needed.

Qualifications

Essential:
– Prior experience in a similar administrative role.
– Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.
– Strong communication skills.

Desirable:
– Experience working with clinicians or in a multidisciplinary team.
– Understanding of administrative boundaries and when to escalate issues.
– Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
– Experience working in uncertain or high-pressure environments.
