About the Role
As a Clinical Care Navigator on the Organizational Services Team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting employees and organizations during times of stress, transition, and crisis. You’ll serve as the initial clinical contact for HR, Employee Relations, and Benefits teams, offering expert guidance and coordinating timely, compassionate care for employees facing behavioral health challenges. While you won’t provide ongoing therapy, you’ll apply your clinical expertise to offer consultations, manage critical incident responses, and reach out to individuals in crisis, ensuring their safety and connection to appropriate care.

Available Shifts:
– Tuesday to Saturday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM PT
– Sunday to Thursday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM PT
– Tuesday to Saturday, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM PT
– Sunday to Thursday, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM PT
– Friday to Monday, 5:00 AM – 4:00 PM PT
– Friday to Monday, 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM PT
Responsibilities:
– Provide clinical consultations to managers, HR, and Employee Relations teams regarding employee mental health concerns and workplace dynamics
– Coordinate and facilitate responses to critical incidents, including logistics and follow-up care
– Offer discreet, personalized clinical support to executives and high-profile employees
– Respond to inquiries from company representatives with clinical insights and guidance on Lyra resources
– Conduct proactive outreach to high-risk or crisis-identified employees, offering immediate support, risk assessments, safety planning, and care navigation
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with client agreements
– Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with HIPAA and Lyra standards
– Identify barriers to care and use Lyra’s tools to connect clients with the most appropriate treatment options
– Independently manage a caseload of clients with complex needs
Qualifications:
– Master’s degree in clinical social work or a related field; independent clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC) is required
– Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) certification is preferred
– At least two years of post-licensure experience (experience in EAP, clinical call centers, or organizational consulting is a plus)
– Strong background in managing high-risk clinical situations, coordinating critical incident responses, and working with corporate leadership
– Spanish-speaking candidates are highly preferred but not required
– Must reside in the U.S. and be authorized to work in the U.S.; remote work must be performed within the country
Compensation:
$38.65 per hour
Pay and Benefits:
As a full-time Clinical Care Navigator at Lyra Health, you’ll earn a base rate of $38.65 per hour. This rate is based on the role and level, and may vary depending on your skills, experience, and location. The position may also qualify for discretionary bonuses.
