About the Role
As a Senior Clinical Relationship Manager at Bend Health, a Lyra Health company, you will collaborate with a key health system partner using the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM). Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clinical leadership, ensuring the partnership is successful and sustainable. Reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer, you will adhere to established performance standards.
This position focuses on key competencies such as effectively communicating Bend’s care model, diagnostic expertise, family involvement, ethical standards, and continuous improvement to maintain high-quality care. This is a full-time role that includes quarterly on-site visits, monthly virtual meetings with clients, and additional meetings with Bend’s internal account team.
The role can be based at our headquarters in Burlingame, CA, in a hybrid format, or fully remote within the U.S. It includes up to 40% travel to client sites.
Responsibilities
– Collaborate with Bend’s Customer Success Managers to conduct regular site visits with health system leaders, promoting Bend’s care model, reviewing progress, and addressing clinical feedback
– Organize training sessions for physicians and staff to support Bend Health services and referral processes
– Ensure referral partners have current and accurate information to support patient growth and appointment bookings
– Address and resolve clinical concerns, complaints, and escalations
– Present updates and forecasts to stakeholders using key metrics; communicate with primary care providers and pediatricians to strengthen relationships and boost referrals
– Travel up to 40% to client locations

Qualifications
– Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with an active license in at least one U.S. state
– Experience with virtual care and telepsychiatry platforms
– Proven ability to engage families and work with children, adolescents, and young adults
– Familiarity with JACHO standards and experience working within accredited care frameworks
– Minimum of 5 years of combined clinical practice and experience managing relationships with health systems
Compensation and Benefits
The expected annual base salary for this full-time role is between $150,000 and $229,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
