Everbridge, a global leader in critical communications and enterprise safety solutions, is seeking an experienced Clinician to join its medical team in the United Kingdom. This is a fully remote, home-based role open to candidates located anywhere in the UK.

This full-time position provides around-the-clock medical support on a rotating schedule as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team within our International Assistance Centre. The clinician will offer first-line medical assistance to corporate clients and individuals, delivering high-quality care from pre-deployment through post-travel. The role focuses on clinical excellence, quality assurance, and adherence to international medical and regulatory standards, while contributing to patient safety, telehealth delivery, case management quality, and ongoing improvement initiatives.

What you’ll do:
• Deliver first-line medical assessments, triage, and support through telemedicine and direct coordination.
• Perform pre-deployment screenings, travel health evaluations, and repatriation planning.
• Review medical documentation and treatment plans to ensure appropriate, effective care.
• Handle complex medical cases, including emergency coordination and medical evacuations.
• Work with global healthcare partners to maintain continuity of care.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in the Case Management System, ensuring transparency and governance compliance.
• Escalate cases requiring advanced intervention according to established protocols.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and medical education.
• Take part in team training, case reviews, and knowledge-sharing to enhance clinical practice.
• Stay informed on developments in telehealth, emergency medicine, and assistance healthcare.
• Mentor junior clinicians and responders through structured guidance and case discussions.
• Collaborate with medical coordinators, case managers, and operations teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Liaise with insurers, healthcare facilities, and corporate clients to coordinate medical care.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to governance committees and organizational reporting.

What you’ll bring:
• A nursing, paramedic, medical, or other patient-facing degree from an accredited institution.
• Professional registration with a relevant medical authority (such as GMC, Medical Chamber, nursing registry, HCPC for paramedics, NAEMT/NREMT, or an equivalent international body).
• Preferred experience in emergency medicine, occupational health, aerospace, travel medicine, or military medicine.
• Proficiency with telemedicine platforms and electronic health record systems.
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and make sound clinical decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
