We’re looking for a Staff Engineer to provide deep technical expertise, lead cross-functional efforts, and guide the long-term strategy for our platform. With a small but impactful team, your role will be pivotal in enhancing our cloud foundation—focusing on scalability, observability, cost optimization, and improving the developer experience. Qualifications:

– 8+ years of strong software engineering experience, with a focus on cloud infrastructure or platform engineering.
– Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and influence architecture across teams.
– Deep knowledge of AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, GitOps, Terraform (or similar IaC tools), and observability tools like Grafana.
– Solid understanding of distributed systems, reliability engineering, and cost optimization strategies.
– Proven experience mentoring engineers and improving team processes and tooling (e.g., CI/CD, monitoring, incident response).
– Passion for building reliable, developer-friendly platforms that boost team productivity.
– Proficiency in Go, Python, or similar programming languages.
