What you will do:
• Create high‑quality technical content, including user guides, API references, release notes, and troubleshooting materials, reporting to the VP of Product Management for Platform Services & Monitor.
• Collaborate across teams to collect information and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Turn complex technical ideas into clear, accessible content for developers, system administrators, and security experts.
• Join product planning discussions to promote documentation best practices and ensure requirements are included early.
• Improve documentation workflows for creating, reviewing, and publishing content.
• Stay current with industry trends, writing best practices, documentation tools, and information architecture.

What you will bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, English, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of technical writing experience, ideally in software.
• Skill with documentation tools like Markdown and version control tools such as GitHub.
• Experience working in a docs‑as‑code environment.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ability to work with AI/ML tools.
• Knowledge of CSS and Python is a plus.

The annual U.S. salary range for this full‑time role is 115,200 to 144,000 USD. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and education.
