Responsibilities:
– Establish companies in various international jurisdictions.
– Maintain entities by collaborating with teams such as finance, tax, and HR to support operations.
– Partner with in-house legal teams on share transfers and capital contributions.
– Prepare board-related documents, including meeting minutes, resolutions, and powers of attorney.
– Organize and support board, committee, and general meetings, as well as the preparation of annual and interim reports, circulars, and announcements.
– Manage the filing of annual reports and other statutory documents in accordance with local regulations and deadlines.
– Forecast budgets and monitor expenses related to external company secretarial and legal services.
– Support the execution and filing of corporate documents and contracts.
– Handle various ad hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
– 5–10 years of relevant experience, including a proven track record in corporate secretarial roles within financial services, multinational corporations, or publicly listed companies.
– A degree in law, business, or corporate governance, with strong academic credentials.
– A collaborative mindset and proactive attitude.
– Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
– Comfortable working in a dynamic tech environment where priorities shift and new processes may need to be developed.
