The Senior Compliance Manager, based onsite, plays a key role in executing a comprehensive compliance program that meets legal and regulatory standards, particularly in healthcare. This role collaborates with compliance leadership and teams across the organization to identify concerns, enforce internal controls, and ensure adherence to policies and systems managed by the Compliance department.

Responsibilities:

– Design and manage third-party oversight programs to ensure compliance and risk management.
– Collaborate across departments to strengthen security frameworks and address evolving compliance requirements.
– Lead technical audits and compliance activities, including HITRUST, TX-RAMP, and HIPAA.
– Support annual regulatory reviews and risk mitigation efforts, especially related to HITRUST.
– Serve as the senior privacy officer.
– Monitor and address compliance issues and identify areas for improvement.
– Advise internal stakeholders on healthcare regulatory compliance and industry standards.
– Promote policy awareness and provide operational support for compliance initiatives.
– Partner with legal and compliance teams on policy development and issue resolution.
– Identify and address gaps in the compliance program.
– Assist with compliance monitoring and audits.
– Draft and maintain compliance policies.

Qualifications:

– In-depth knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards.
– Familiarity with GRC frameworks such as HITRUST, CCPA, NIST 800-53, ISO27001, and StateRAMP.
– A proactive mindset toward maintaining regulatory compliance.
– Strong project management and organizational skills.
– Excellent communication skills for internal and external audiences.
– Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
– Effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
– Analytical skills to evaluate processes and ensure proper controls.
– Leadership abilities to foster a culture of compliance.
– Keen attention to detail.
– Risk identification and mitigation capabilities.
– Strong program management aligned with business goals.

Salary Range: $112,800 – $169,000 per year
Compensation is based on experience, skills, education, and location.
