The Role

Veeva Systems leads the cloud space for life sciences, offering a comprehensive platform that supports customers from development through commercialization. Vault CRM is at the forefront of innovation, changing how life sciences companies engage with customers and accelerating the delivery of life-saving treatments worldwide.

As a Consultant at Veeva, you will lead and contribute to business process analysis, design, and documentation of user requirements for new or existing CRM implementations with pharmaceutical and consumer health clients. You will help ensure timely, high-quality delivery of solutions built on the Vault platform and manage migrations from Salesforce-based environments to Vault. Travel within and outside the country is required.

What You’ll Do

– Lead or participate in one or more Veeva product implementation projects, taking on roles such as project manager, functional analyst, solution architect, or stream lead
– Independently facilitate client workshops and meetings, using strong communication and negotiation skills in the required language
– Serve as a subject matter expert, offering best practices and clearly explaining complex ideas to diverse audiences
– Actively contribute to internal projects and initiatives
– Mentor and support junior team members by leading through example

Requirements

– Over 5 years of experience in technology implementation projects in roles such as Project Manager, Functional Analyst, or Solution Architect
– At least 1 year of experience with CRM implementations
– Background working with pharmaceutical, consumer health, or medical device companies
– Excellent communication and presentation abilities
– Willingness to travel approximately 15%
– Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Nice to Have

– Salesforce certification and implementation experience
– Veeva certification and implementation experience
– Proficiency in an additional European language
