About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and inquisitive Content Marketing Specialist to produce high-quality, scalable content that supports our marketing, sales, product, and brand efforts. You’ll create content in various formats—such as blog posts, case studies, AI-generated materials, and email campaigns—while helping improve our processes, tools, and templates.
What You’ll Do
– Develop, research, write, and publish content in multiple formats including blog posts, case studies, emails, sales enablement materials, event assets, and ad copy.
– Quickly prototype and fine-tune prompts for generative AI tools to assist with content creation.
– Edit and polish both human- and AI-generated content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
– Create and manage modular content systems such as templates, reusable components, and playbooks.
– Enhance workflows, automation, and publishing processes for content.
– Organize metadata, tagging, and taxonomy to support personalization and content reuse.
– Manage the content calendar, coordinate feedback, and track deadlines across teams.
– Apply SEO best practices including keyword research, on-page optimization, and internal linking.
– Monitor and analyze content performance to drive ongoing improvements.
– Stay informed about trends in content marketing, automation, and AI, and suggest new approaches.
What You’ll Bring
– 1–3 years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or a related field.
– Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong eye for detail and tone.
– Familiarity with CMS platforms, SEO tools, and marketing automation systems.
– Interest in generative AI tools and a desire to learn and experiment.
– A proactive, collaborative attitude and the ability to work independently with clear guidance.
– A growth mindset and a passion for improving content and processes.
