Content QA Specialist

The Position:
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Content QA Specialist to join our expanding team. You will serve as the final quality checkpoint before content is published, ensuring that every element—text, visuals, and formatting—meets the highest standards for accuracy, consistency, and brand integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

– Proofread and edit all English-language content prior to design, ensuring clarity, grammatical accuracy, and alignment with brand voice and editorial guidelines.
– Review final designed materials (such as banners, emails, PDFs, and web pages) to identify and correct typos, formatting errors, layout inconsistencies, and copy/paste mistakes.
– Confirm that each piece of content fulfills its intended purpose, adheres to the original brief, and communicates accurate, brand-aligned, and compliant messaging both visually and textually.
– Ensure all campaigns and content comply with advertising regulations and platform-specific requirements.
– Verify content display and functionality across various platforms and devices (e.g., mobile, desktop, major browsers), identifying broken links, formatting problems, or visual inconsistencies.
– Support legal compliance and readiness for publication by conducting structured quality checks throughout the production process.
– Work closely with writers, designers, and project managers to resolve issues, maintain consistency, and uphold high-quality standards across all deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

– A degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline.
– Native or near-native English proficiency with excellent grammar, spelling, and editing capabilities.
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience in content quality assurance, editing, or marketing quality control.
– Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for spotting even minor inconsistencies.
– Experience in the financial services sector is a strong plus.
– Knowledge of design production workflows and the ability to assess final assets for layout and formatting precision.
– Familiarity with QA methodologies, content production workflows, and collaboration tools such as Figma and Jira.
– Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
