This store will be opening at 9 Madbury Rd, Durham, NH 03824. As part of our Cookie Crew, you’ll be the face of the store—greeting customers and baking our signature warm, delicious cookies.

As a Cookie Crew member, you will:
– Greet customers and take orders following company procedures
– Assist guests with menu questions and confirm orders for accuracy
– Provide friendly service in person and over the phone
– Bake cookies and serve ice cream
– Package and send out delivery orders quickly and correctly
– Accurately handle cash and payments
– Keep the store clean and sanitized

Preferred skills and experience:
– At least 6 months of customer service experience
– Friendly, outgoing personality
– Strong customer service mindset with a desire to exceed expectations
– Excellent communication, organization, and math skills
– Ability to lift boxes up to 40 lbs
– Must be 18 or older
– Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
– Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
