What You’ll Do as a Cookie Crew Member:

– Warmly welcome customers and take their orders following company procedures
– Help guests navigate the menu, answer questions, and confirm orders for accuracy
– Provide a friendly and positive experience in person and over the phone
– Bake cookies to perfection and serve ice cream
– Make sure delivery orders are accurate, warm, and sent out quickly
– Handle cash and payments correctly with no discrepancies
– Keep the bakery clean, sanitized, and well-maintained

Preferred Skills & Experience:

– Sunday availability is required
– Guaranteed at least one 5-hour shift per week
– Customer service experience is a plus
– Friendly, authentic, and outgoing personality
– Motivated and driven
– Strong communication and organizational abilities
– Must be at least 18 years old
– Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
– Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
