As a member of the Cookie Crew at our new Melrose Park, IL location (2611 North Ave, Melrose Park, IL 60160), you’ll be the face of Insomnia Cookies. You’ll not only greet and assist customers at the front of the store, but you’ll also be responsible for baking our warm, delicious cookies!

As a Cookie Crew member, your responsibilities will include:
– Greeting customers and taking orders
– Helping guests understand the menu and confirming orders
– Providing friendly service in person and over the phone
– Baking cookies and scooping ice cream
– Preparing and packaging delivery orders accurately and efficiently
– Handling cash and payments correctly
– Keeping the bakery clean and sanitized

Preferred skills and experience:
– At least 6 months of customer service experience
– Friendly, outgoing personality
– Strong customer service mindset and desire to exceed expectations
– Good communication, organization, and math skills
– Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
– Must be 18 or older
– Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
– Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
