What you’ll do as a Cookie Crew member:
– Greet customers and take orders following company procedures
– Help customers with the menu, answer questions, and confirm orders
– Provide friendly service in person and over the phone
– Bake cookies and serve ice cream
– Prepare and package delivery orders quickly and accurately
– Handle payments with accuracy
– Keep the bakery clean and sanitized

Desired skills and experience:
– 6+ months in a customer service role preferred
– Friendly, outgoing personality
– Strong customer service skills and a desire to exceed expectations
– Excellent communication, organization, and math skills
– Able to lift up to 40 lbs
– Must be 18 or older
– Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
– Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
