What You’ll Do:
– Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
– Help guests navigate the menu and ensure order accuracy
– Provide friendly service in person and over the phone
– Bake cookies and serve ice cream to perfection
– Package and send out warm, accurate delivery orders
– Handle payments with precision
– Keep the bakery clean and sanitized

What We’re Looking For:
– 6+ months of customer service experience preferred
– Friendly, outgoing, and authentic personality
– Strong customer service skills and a desire to exceed expectations
– Excellent communication, organization, and basic math skills
– Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
– Must be 18 or older
– Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
– Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
