As a member of the Cookie Crew at our New Skokie, IL location (5219 Touhy Ave Suite 6B, Skokie, IL 60077), you’ll be the face of Insomnia Cookies. You’ll not only greet and assist customers at the front of the store, but you’ll also be responsible for baking our delicious, warm cookies!

As a Cookie Crew member, your responsibilities will include:
– Greeting customers and taking orders
– Explaining menu items and confirming order accuracy
– Providing friendly service in person and over the phone
– Baking cookies and scooping ice cream
– Preparing and packaging delivery orders quickly and correctly
– Handling payments accurately
– Keeping the bakery clean and sanitized

Preferred skills and experience:
– At least 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
– Friendly, outgoing personality
– Strong focus on customer satisfaction
– Good communication, organization, and math skills
– Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
– Must be 18 or older
– Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
– Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
