As a Delivery Driver at our UofL location at 339 W. Cardinal Blvd, Louisville, KY 40208, you’ll be the face of Insomnia Cookies outside the bakery—our “boots on the ground”! You’ll redefine what delivery means by bringing the magic of our cookies directly to our fans wherever they are.

What you’ll do as a Delivery Driver:

– Ensure orders are accurate and high-quality before leaving the store
– Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream quickly and safely to our loyal customers
– Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, professional attitude in person and over the phone
– Use Insomnia’s delivery app according to company standards and keep customers updated on their orders

Preferred skills and qualifications:

– Strong time management and organizational abilities
– Familiarity with the 2-mile area around the store is a bonus
– Must have your own vehicle, a valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance
– Must pass a motor vehicle background check
– Must own a smartphone with a data plan
– Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
– Must be at least 18 years old
